Description
This is a very well made Allen & Wheelock 32 caliber Percussion Belt revolver. These where much better made than the Colt Root. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight. The bore is very good with strong rifling but does have some corrosion from the black powder. The barrel is 5 7/8” and the serial or assembly numbers are matching #781. It still has nice traces of blue in the protected areas with nice cylinder scene.
