Description
This Southerner was made by Brown Mfg. Company about 1871. It has serial number 6445 and is matching numbers. The mechanical function is very good with a very good bore showing only some very minor traces of corrosion. The markings are about very good. Only about 10,000 of this brass frame model were made. Only fine traces of blue remain and no silver is left on the brass frame. This one was mostly carried and was hardly fired.
