Description
This is an unmarked Calvary saber from the 1810 era and does not have the scabbard. It has a fuller under the spine and runs about 22 1/2” long. The blade thickness is 3/8” thick and it is 33” long and is 37 ½” overall in length. The leather covered grip and twisted wire are gone from the grip but D shaped guard and handle are solid. This was possibly made in Europe and many other swords and guns were.
