Description
This is a very crisp Third Model 1851 Navy revolver and retains 60% barrel with all matching numbers including wedge. The cylinder scene is about 86%, the trigger guard and back strap still has 60% silver plate. The safety pins are at 68% and the grips have 65% varnish. The bore is very good, bright and shiny with strong rifling and only the slightest trace of corrosion. The matching serial number is 38844 and was made late 1854. This is a very fine plus Third model 1851 Navy revolver.
