Description
This appears to be a French 70 caliber Dueling pistol but is not maker marked. It has a 9.25 inch barrel and is 15.5” overall in length. It has a cap box in the butt. The lock, hammer and trigger guard are engraved. This is a smooth bore and no sights. No proof marks under the barrel but is appears to be of French style. Very good mechanical function with a very good bore. There is one small crack at the lock plate screw on the left side.
