Description
This is unusual flintlock pistol with a duck-bill muzzle measuring 7/8” by 1 ¾” diameter smooth bore. The lock is not maker marked but does have some proof marks on the left side of the breech. This one has an iron ramrod and a front sight. The mechanical function is very good. The wood is nice condition but there is a tiny shallow surface crack behind the rear of the lock plate. The iron hardware has a scalloped pattern with light engraving. The barrel Is 6 7/8” and the overall length is 12 15/16”
