Very good plus condition on this 6 Shot

Description

This is an Allen & Thurber Worcester made 6 shot 32 caliber percussion pepperbox with a 3.25” barrels. This one is very good plus condition and has the Allen’s Patent 1845 on the hammer. It has fluted barrels, engraved nipple shield and frame. This is matching serial numbers 105. All 6 nipples are very good condition. It still has traces of blue in the protected areas. The nipple shield is engraved as is the side plates. These type of pistols were used by the 1849 Gold Rush miners and also into the early Civil War period. The quickest reload was another pistol.
