Description
This Ames Foot Artillery Sword is not dated and does not have the American Eagle on either side. One side is marked US over A.D.K. and the other side has AMES MFG CO CHICOPEE MASS. The cross guard is inspected by A.D.K. A.D. King and J.W.R. is James W. Ripley. The blade has fullers on both sides and is 19 3/8” and is 25 5/16” overall in length. No scabbard come with this one. The blade is in nice condition with light stains on both sides.
