Description
This is a nice Colt 4” 1849 Pocket with serial number 202687 and is matching numbers. It is a 6 shot and was made in 1862. The mechanical function is very good, crisp and tight. The bore has strong rifling but does show some minor corrosion near the cylinder. It still retains over 65% blue, 95% cylinder scene, 50% case colors and over 93% grip varnish. The trigger guard and back strap still has 45% silver and most of the safety pins are still there.
