Description
This is a very nice and crisp Colt 1851 Navy revolver with serial number 209932 and made in 1867 just in time for the Snake War Indian campaign, 1865-1868. It retains 35-38% barrel blue, over 40% case colors and 95% cylinder scene. The cylinder safety pins are intact on the rear of the cylinder. The grips have 93% varnish. The Colt is all matching serial numbers except for the wedge, and loading levers; which were not numbered on late Fourth Models. The mechanical function and index is very good and crisp. The bore is very good bright and shiny except for two small patches of corrosion.
