Description
This Model 92 rifle was made in 1894 and is serial number 67263. It is a 24” round barrel 44 WCF with Crescent butt and has nice clear markings. The barrel and receiver are both plum color. The mechanical function is very good, crisp and tight and the bore is bright with strong rifling but has traces of some corrosion. The butt wood is probably not original because the fit of the left side receiver to wood is not as tight as the right side. The wood is solid and no cracks. Other than that, this should be a nice cowboy action shooter.
