Description
This 58 caliber musket is in very fine plus condition inside and out. The mechanical function is very good, crisp and tight. The bore is excellent, bright and shiny with strong rifling. The wood is very fine plus to two crisp inspector cartouches. The barrel is 1863 dated and the lock 1864. All markings are sharp and crisp. The metal was finished in the white and the bayonet is marked US on the shank and C&C o on the socket.
